Individual Therapy

Individual therapy involves one-person and at times includes members of the individual’s system (e.g., partner, children, friends) to accomplish individual goals. Some goals include:

  • Self-growth

  • Coping skills

  • Improving relationships

  • Managing anxiety and depression

  • Understanding thoughts and behaviors

Family Therapy

As systemic thinkers, we work with individuals and families to work towards the change they would like to see within the family. Our approach is non-blaming and collaborative in an effort to work with all family members to resolve conflict and achieve goals. Some goals include:

  • Improving family dynamics

  • Better communication with loved ones

  • Exploring family history to change the future
